Today we were invited to TWO Barbecues!

The first one was at a neighbor’s house.

It was really fun seeing all of the neighborhood kids playing together.

Although social at times, Gabe liked chilling in the swing.

We were soon off to the second party at George and Sarah’s house.
There was a ton of great food and nice people.

“After all the fun I had, mom decided I should get my PJs on so I could fall asleep on the ride home.
Note to self: BBQs are awesome!”

We headed out to Syracuse to meet the new addition to the Salomon Family: Talia!

Noah and Gabe scoped her out.

Although she is a beautiful baby, Gabe was quickly distracted with hiding in the curtains!

We all decided it would be fun to go outside to play.

The water table was a blast.

Walter seemed to prefer to stick with his bone though.

Then all five boys splashed around on the splash mat. What fun!

Gabe says he could use one of these in HIS backyard!

Abe wasn’t sure if he should tell Noah that it isn’t cool to drink the table water.

Walter did end up doing a little splashing around.

Noah blows bubbles with his mom.

While Gabe took time out from the fun for a snack.

He thought he’d whip something up in Abe’s kitchen only to find
all of the food in there was in sticker form!

After the splash mat, Hannah made an awesome waterslide and named it, “Water Safari.”

Gabe just couldn’t get enough of that!

Abe and Josh were big fans too!

He tried showing his appreciation by mowing around the back yard a bit.

We ended the lovely day with a pzza dinner  Everyone gathered around the table.

We were not far down the road before we had a sleepy car full of boys!

Sleep tight boys! It’s back to Albany we go!

We hiked a beautiful local trail today!

The whole family….even Molly!

It was nice that Jay had the day off from work!
(We sort of overestimated our vacation time.)
