We all got together at the Reale’s this weekend to celebrate Jack’s baptism. The “baby of honor” was so good and pretty much stuck to the sideline all weekend to make way for his VERY ACTIVE older cousins!
We had a blast reaquainting ourselves with Thomas on Memorial Day weekend in North Creek. Gabe was so excited to go “all aboard” this time! There were also performers, slides, food, characters and of course LOTS of merchandise =) On the way home we stopped at the Saratoga Battle Field and barely beat the rain!
We had lots of fun visiting the Schwartz Family in Long Island. It was a lot of fun celebrating Alex’s pre-school graduation. I think Gabe’s favorite part of the weekend was going to the Belmont Race Track to see the horses exercise, feeding Beanie (a horse) a sugar cube, then going for a tram ride tour of the grounds. Miles’s favorite part was visiting the Children’s Museum with his cousins. Mom’s favorite part was going to Brooklyn to see her friend Jen… her second favorite part was going to not one, but TWO Ikeas in one weekend! (sorry there are no pictures of that!)
We had lots of fun celebrating Father’s Day together. We went to Esperanto’s for Dough Boys, the Saratoga Children’s Museum, Ben & Jerry’s, and the carousel in Saratoga. We had great weather too… except for the last fifteen minutes when we got poured on before we were able to get back to our cars! =) At least Gabe enjoyed jumping in puddles on the walk back.
