It was a little chaotic getting to the right place at the right time, with enough time to pick, but we had fun picking blueberries with some of our favorite people. I knew Jacob and Josh were talented, but I had no idea what berry-picking skills they were hiding from me!
It was beautiful and sunny for Jack’s big day. He was such a good boy the whole time that pretty much everyone barely noticed the guest of honor! It was a little dicey bringing so many little ones to a fairly long church service, but we all made it through with the help of books, snacks, naps, and laps. Congrats Baby Jack!
We had so much fun having a family get together at Kim and Jack’s house. Sat. was filled with games, a bouncy bounce, swinging, a slip and slide, a walk, play-doh fun, watching elmo, yummy pizza and ended with a bath to clean up from all the fun we had!
All the grand kids sat on Barbie and Ken and watched a little Elmo on the computer.
Well, not all the grandkids, Miles chose to lose himself in a good book =)
And then there was bouncing,
And swinging,
And sliding!
Play doh was a big hit!
As was eating!
Mama Bird Erin, gave Maggie a half-eaten blueberry,
then decided to just feed her directly! (not the pre-chewed one)
Ring around the Rosy, anyone?
THE TOO CUTE TRIO!
Time to clean up so we can start over the dirtying process tomorrow!
Goodnight!
Good morning!
